Highfields Happy Hens is an open farm set within the beautiful South Derbyshire countryside. Why not visit and take a leisurely walk around the farm and take in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside or perhaps you would prefer to hire one of our pedal tractors or a bike to get around. There are three mainplay areas surrounded by picnic benches for tired Mums! The Hay Play Area - for a bit of rough and tumble play and some monkey business on the rope swings and tyres! A great place on a wet day. You'll also find several play areas on the way round the farm offset along the tracks including a climbing frame, slide, chain walk, trampoline and hopscotch. Before you go home, visit our tea room, serving a selection of hot and cold drinks and homen made cakes. We also have a farm shop.
